By using a specialized yeast, we are able to use cold weather to stop the fermentation prematurely, leaving a delicious medium sweet 100% varietal wine. Serve on it's own, after a meal, or with appetizers. Schonburger has a flavour and aroma reminiscent of muscat grapes.
