Harvested October 14th from our Naramata Bench Estate at 23.4 Brix sugar level. After a day pre-soaking on the skins the wine was fermented in small batches with manual punch-downs daily. This vintage shows our typical style – elegant structure yet sufficient tannins to further develop with bottle aging, after 21 months aging in French Oak barrels. Damson plum colour with aromas of plum & black cherry. Ripe, soft tannins and a touch of toast round it out.
