Description

John Schreiner’s review of our 2020 vintage – 94 Points. “It begins with aromas of dark fruit that lead to flavours of black currant, dark cherry and chocolate. There is a touch of vanilla on the finish. The wine has long, ripe tannins; it benefits from decanting.”

Double Gold medal – Best in Class : All Canadian Wine Championship 2016 (2014 Vintage).

John Schreiner’s review of our 2018 vintage – 93 Points. “This is a blend of 73% Merlot and 27% Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine was aged in French Oak (40% new) for 21 months. It is a polished wine, beginning with aromas of black cherry, cassis, tobacco and chocolate which are echoed on the palate. There are fine silky tannins on a concentrated texture. The finish is long, with a note of spice.”

Siobhan Turner MW review of our 2019 vintage – “Very attractive nose of plum and blackcurrant, with tones of creamy hazelnut and nutmeg. Complex and well-integrated palate, holding its alcohol well, with a refreshing acidity to balance the ripe fruit.”
