Single Vineyard
Harvested from our Naramata Bench Estate at peak ripeness. After a day pre-soaking on the skins the wine was fermented in small batches with manual punch-downs daily. This vintage shows our typical style ā elegant structure yet sufficient tannins to further develop with bottle aging, after 21 months in French Oak barrels. Damson plum colour with aromas of plum & black cherry. Ripe, soft tannins and a touch of toast round it out.
