Harvested entirely from our Naramata Bench Estate at peak ripeness. Following removal of stems, and gentle crush, the juice was left in contact with the skins to enhance varietal character. Fermentation at cool temperatures is done to preserve aromatic character. Fresh and clean with abundant crisp apple and ripe pear character, this vintage was fermented dry. Pair with seafood, poultry and mild cheese. This is a remarkable vintage – be sure to stock up! Previous awards include Gold & Platinum medals.
