A complex blend of Gamay, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Pinot Noir forms our cuvee. Made through both Saignee and gentle pressing. The colour is a beautiful pink hue. Aromas are reminiscent of watermelon, pink grapefruit, and strawberry. Fermented dry, the finish is very crisp & clean with a light spicy flavour. Ideal for summer patios and pool-side, or pair with paté, salads, fowl, lightly spicy dishes and BBQ. Production 320 cases. Our 2019 vintage was awarded Best in Class, Double Gold medal at the All Canadian Wine Championship.
