A blend of aromatic varieties (Muscat Ottonel, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris)  yields flavour dominated by a tropical fruit character with citrus, and finishing with a subtle touch of spice. Fermented quite dry. This wine is produced in a Frizzanté style in which the bubbles are incorporated at low temperatures. Enjoy whenever the occasion calls (or doesn’t) for bubbles. 330 cases produced. Our 2020 vintage was rated 91 points.
