Harvested at peak ripeness from our Naramata Bench Vineyard. Fermented very dry at cool temperatures in stainless steel to retain aromas of pineapple, grapefruit & lychee. Tropical fruit flavours dominate, with a touch of spice. Pair with Asian cuisine, turkey, and sausage. The dry finish truly sets this wine apart from typical sweeter versions and our previous vintage was rated 91 Points. Only 50 cases produced due to very low crop level. Our Wine Club members have first option on this release.
